Sisters in Grace along with the Hope & Cope Cancer Support Group at Oakwood has an on going mission “Baskets of Hope & Love.”   These baskets are filled with an assortment of items and given to cancer patients and their families to minister and assist them as they cope with this disease and it's treatment. Donations may be left at the Women’s Ministry table in the foyer.

Some suggested items are:

Tissues, hard candy, bottled water, individual pouches of kool-aid, non-perishable snacks, calendars, journals, devotionals, magazines, books, disposable cameras, rolls of quarters for vending machines, gas cards, gift cards for groceries or restaurants, scarves, hats, lotions, movie tickets, meal tickets from hospital cafeterias, tea bags, hand sanitizers, cozy socks, soft throws/blankets, etc.

Several Life group have donated  baskets and have challenged other life groups to do the same. Please prayerfully consider giving to this important ministry.
